National Development partnered with AEW Capital Management to redevelop a former manufacturing complex at 10-80 Old Colony Avenue into Iron Works, a 75,000 square-foot mixed use project in South Boston. Iron Works features creative office, fitness, restaurant and retail space, all fronted by a prominent pocket park. Tenants include Castle Island Brewing; Shy Bird; Tatte Bakery retail store and 25,000 SF commissary; Rock Spot Climbing; B/SPOKE fitness studio; Freight Farms, an agriculture tech company; PKL, a 21,000-square-foot pickleball/restaurant/entertainment space; and Mei Mei, a dumpling factory and café.
