Andrew directs the firm’s new acquisition activities. In this role, and as a member of the investment committee, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the acquisition team and identifying, analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities across the spectrum of property types, including existing assets as well as new development. Andrew has a background in institutional investment and asset management for commercial, industrial and multifamily residential properties.
