Ed Marsteiner

Ed plays a leadership role in the firm’s development activities and serves on its investment committee. With a diverse background in engineering, development and real estate private equity investment, Ed’s experiences have ranged from the rezoning, permitting and financing of complex mixed-use development projects to the acquisition and disposition of a variety of product types throughout the eastern half of the United States. Ed considers the many successful joint ventures that have resulted in lasting personal friendships to be his greatest career accomplishment.
