Bryan Clancy
Principal, Capital Markets
Bryan manages the firm’s lender relationships and oversees our debt financing activities. Drawing on his depth of experience in finance, development and institutional asset level project management, Bryan works closely with the asset management, legal, investment and fund management departments in optimizing project financing as well as the fund’s subscription lines. Bryan is a key resource in the evaluation of new investment opportunities.
