Scott Fleming
VP, Accounting and Tax
Scott has been with National Development since February 1999. As Vice President of Accounting and Tax, he oversees financial reporting, quarterly partner distributions and investor communications. He leads year-end audits, coordinates the preparation of annual tax returns, manages budgeting processes, and supervises the accounting team.

Charitable and Community Activities
- Scott organizes and manages the annual Golf for Ghilani tournament, which raises funds for a non-profit foundation that awards college scholarships to high school students.
Scott’s favorite high school memory is catching a foul ball off Mike Greenwell’s bat at a Red Sox game.
