Brian Kavoogian
Chief Executive Officer, Partner
Brian oversees the firm’s overall investment strategy and long-term direction. Brian joined the firm in 2006, leading the creation of its investment management platform, which allowed the firm to transition from raising capital on a deal-by-deal basis to sponsoring closed-end private equity funds as the firm’s primary source of capital. Prior to joining National Development, Brian was a principal of another Boston-based investment and development firm. From 1984 to 2000, Brian was with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF), a leading real estate investment banking firm, where he served as a Senior Managing Director and head of the Boston Office.
