Charlie Rollins
Principal and Chief Operating Officer
Charlie co-leads the firm’s development activities and also plays a leadership role in a variety of internal operational matters. Charlie has extensive experience in the design and construction of complex, mixed-use development projects from New England to Florida. In his most recent position, Charlie served as EVP for one of the largest construction firms in the country. Before that, he served as the Director of Development and Construction Management for Strategic Property Partners where he oversaw the Water Street Tampa project, a transformative $3.5 billion mixed-use development in downtown Tampa. Prior to relocating to Florida, he served as the Director of Construction for another Boston-based real estate development firm, working on complex commercial, residential and retail projects in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood.
