Erika Clarke

SVP, Commercial Property Management & Corporate Responsibility

Erika has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on property management and operations. She has worked primarily on the ownership side for a diverse group of organizations that have provided local, national, and international exposure to various commercial product types, including industrial, life science, office, residential, and retail.

She leads the management and operations of our commercial properties, handling operations, capital improvements, tenant relations, and budgeting. She has been actively involved in acquiring, managing, and repositioning more than 30 million square feet. Erika is also responsible for our organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, developing and implementing strategies that enhance sustainability practices across our portfolio.
