Jessica Buonopane
SVP, Multifamily Property Management
Jessica has been with National Development since 2014. She is responsible for the strategic operational oversight of all residential communities in the National Development portfolio. She oversees budgeting, capital improvements, staffing, marketing, leasing and day-to-day operations on her sites. Additionally, she assists the Development and Acquisition groups with decisions related to new additions to the portfolio.
Jessica started her career in the engineering and government sector, and has been involved in real estate since 2003. Jessica has been involved in the successful lease ups of many residential properties throughout the greater Boston market.
