Kate Childs
VP and Senior Counsel
Kate joined National Development after eight years in private practice with Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP. She supports and implements the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, permitting, development and asset management activities of the firm. During her time at Nutter, she represented a variety of real estate developers and owners, banks, life insurance companies, pension funds, real estate investment trusts and other institutional lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
