Katie Snyder
SVP, Development
Katie is responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate development process, including design, permitting, leasing, financing, and construction. Since joining National Development in March 2015, Katie has led many transformational projects including the redevelopment of The District Burlington, a 1.3M SF suburban mixed-use park located in Burlington, MA; the development of Avenu at Natick, a 62+ Active Adult community; two build-to-suit office buildings at University Station in Westwood, MA; and a 320,000 SF state-of-the-art life sciences complex in Watertown, MA. Prior to joining National Development, Katie worked on a variety of project types including large mixed-use developments, ground-up office buildings, institutional capital improvements, and high-end office fit outs.
