Kevin Sullivan
Principal and General Counsel
Kevin leads National Development’s legal team in its representation of the company across a broad spectrum of legal matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, zoning, land use and permitting matters, debt and equity finance, leasing and development. As General Counsel, he oversees all legal matters across ND’s portfolio and is actively involved with the structuring, implementation and execution of the company’s investment, asset management, development, financing and corporate activities.
Kevin joined National Development after over a decade at WilmerHale, where his practice focused primarily on the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of all asset types across the country, including office, laboratory and R&D, senior living, retail, multifamily and mixed-use developments.
