Maura Moffatt
SVP and Director of Asset Management
Maura joined the firm in 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the performance and maximizing the value of the firm’s diverse portfolio of real estate assets. She is instrumental in driving asset performance, implementing strategic initiatives, maintaining relationships with key operating and institutional partners, and optimizing returns across the portfolio.
Maura is a seasoned real estate professional with experience across multiple property types and has proven management and leadership capabilities. She started her career as a commercial real estate lawyer at Goodwin providing legal advice to a wide variety of commercial real estate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings ultimately leading to her transition to roles in asset and transaction management at both institutional and entrepreneurial organizations, including The Fidelity Real Estate Group and Synergy.
