Michelle oversees the operations of National Development’s Human Resources Department, including payroll and benefits, onboarding, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and policy management. She joined the company in 2013, and has made a significant impact on the department, implementing new technologies and programs that improve efficiencies. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for all employees, fostering inclusivity and belonging, and implementing strategies that ensure employees have the tools they need to thrive both professionally and personally.
