National Development developed 298,895 SF of warehouse/logistics space at 175 Lowell Street in Wilmington, MA. The land formerly owned by Textron Systems was subdivided to allow Textron to retain 200,000 SF of office/manufacturing space and allow National Development to add the new Class A warehouse to the property. Construction began in early summer 2022 and completed in fall 2023.
