National Development partnered with Kensington Investment to deliver the project including 2,450 SF of ground-floor retail space and a 5-story, 110-space structured parking garage located on a tight site at the edge of Chinatown in Boston. The sixth floor includes over 15,000 SF of amenities including a large outdoor deck with a resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, as well as an outdoor fireplace with a flat-screen television. The interior common areas have a fitness center, a solarium with lounge chairs, a clubroom with fireplace, a billiards table/gaming area, a small theater/study room, and an open-concept kitchen and dining area.
